Ingt x my post yg pasal maxis broadband?? Yesterday, my kecik received a letter or statement of account from Maxis .ok lets flash back !!
21 Feb, me n my kecik g bli maxis broadband n have to pay rm100, if within 1week we all return back d thing, duit refund blk, then blk rumah we all try d broadband xleh guna, 2hr try punya try xleh guna, then my kecik ckp mayb his pc yg problem kot, so we decide nk return back d broadband, nk simpan pun kalau prob dia dr my kecik nye pc, buat apa pun kan?
On d 25 Feb we all return back n staff from that maxis centre sunway pyramid, ckp akan post cheque ke rumah. After 3weeks I call nk tnye status, diaorg ckp my kecik just suspended d broandband n not terminate, so I have to wait another 3weeks for my rm100 cheque.
Apa lagi, I call je maxis byk2 kali kan, diaorg yg bodo g suspend my broadband, pastu naseb I call up, memula just ingt nk tunggu je d cheque smpai. Then I kena wait another 3 weeks which means, overall 6weeks ! So last week I received d cheque.
Yesterday dpt surat from maxis, tetibe we have to pay maxis rm306 and dpt discount so total dlm rm206 kot. What the F*ck???
Haaaa nie la dia kita panggil hidden charges !! mase I bli d broadband, mmg xde ckp pun if refund akan di post by cheque (mayb org lain tahu kot, this is my 1st time bli broadband and its only RM100) and xde pulak org maxis to inform, kalau we all cancel d broadband, ada “handling fee for discontinuation of service” and “activation fee” pun ada plus bende tu I x pkai langsng sbb xleh pkai, diaorg siap charge Rm11.14 for monthly charges?? WTH?? Within 1week pun ada charges ke? Tot 1 week tu utk trial.
Cancel d broadband lg truk kot dr byr monthly kalau I guna! Siyes fak maxis la. At least inform la kan, nie dh kire menipu. .for me, anything yg I bli, kalau ada hidden charges. .mmg org tu kire menipu !! I rase my kecik xde pulak sign any terms n conditions. .pergi mampus sama maxis, mmg I xkn byr kot.

u slambe u write a letter of complaint, u cc to SKMM (suruhanjaya komunikasi & media) u gtau ur situation...
aritu i guna maxis bb dia bg telephone yg mmg kitorang xnk n x guna, japgi everymonth dia charge rm15 so finally i fed up i complaint n cc to skmm, maxis refund my rm15 for 18months!
if u buat bodoh japgi ur name blacklisted plak x pasal2 kan...slambe u, consumer rights!!!
u jgn buang masa ckp dgn dorang punya operator sume tu, doesnt solve anything!!
i dh buat complain kt SKMM u, ada complaint on9 so i buat byk kali x lepas, byk2 kali la i buat kan hahah
then tis morning, maxis call, i ckp i xnk byr d bil rm206 tu, dia ckp ok nnt dia send out new bill rm0.00 bole pulak kalau xnk byr?? charge org buat pe kan? tanx u hehe
mmg buang mase ckp ngan operator nk complaint pun xtau nk ckp ngan sape kan
